FSM participants include local farmers and agricultural producers from New York and adjacent states as well as small-batch processed food producers from NYC and adjacent states in our region.
Indoor market participants' products are available Monday - Saturday 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM (6 PM Thursdays) from the market shelves and coolers. Selected items are also available through the market’s Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program. Others are used in prepared foods for take-out from the market’s Farm-to-Fork Seasonal Kitchen.
Outdoor Sunday Market participants sell directly to consumers at open-air stalls from May to November and vary from week to week. Many of the producers use shared-use kitchens to incubate their small-batch food businesses.

The Outdoor Fulton Stall Market operates Saturdays 11:30 AM - 5 PM, May - Thanksgiving on the Fulton Street cobblestones between South and Front Sts. across from McNally Jackson Bookstore. It features locally grown fresh produce from Rogowski Farm, Breezy Hill Orchard and other local farmers and small-batch specialty food products, sold directly by their producers. Producers vary week to week. Come Meet the Maker! SNAP EBT, Pandemic EBT and NYC Health Bucks are accepted (Health Bucks for fresh fruits & vegetables only). Health Bucks are issued as a bonus for SNAP EBT purchases - double the value of the purchase up to $10). Most of the local food items are available at Fulton Stall Market’s indoor market at 91 South Street around the corner Monday - Saturday 11:30 AM to 5:00 AM.
