DESCRIPTION: Brittle & Beyond is a small-batch handcrafted vegan candy brittle that adds a creative touch with each flavor! We source only the best natural, sophisticated ingredients - nuts, seeds, dried fruits and floral flavors - which make up such ‘beyond ordinary’ flavors such as, Pistachio Rose, Cashew, Blueberry Almond, Pecan Pie, Coconut Macadamia Nut, Hazelnut, Cherry Pistachio, and seasonal favorites like Lemon Pine Nut, Sesame Ginger, and Pumpkin Pie. Its unique texture is easy to chew and doesn’t stick to your teeth. The recipes are certified vegan, and gluten-free. We believe in clean and honest ingredients thats why our candied fruit peels are 100% certified organic and non-GMO too.

Owner, creator and candy maker Beth Litt is a Culinary Institute of America Graduate, and has worked in the food industry for over 30 years. Prior to starting Brittle and Beyond, Beth owned her own bakery, The Rolling Pin Bakery, and more recently ran the bakery department at a Downtown NYC Whole Foods Market for 16 years. Brittle and Beyond is proudly made at the Hot Bread Kitchen incubator in the Pfizer Building in Brooklyn, NY.
