DESCRIPTION: Fat Apple is a sustainable, ethical livestock farm in the Hudson Valley of New York. We believe in farming practices that treat our animals with dignity and holistically restore our beautiful land. These practices are what lead to our delicious and healthy products for our customers. Specifically, we raise: pastured pork (IPP/Gloucester Old Spot Crosses), pastured poultry (Freedom Ranger chickens), pastured eggs (chicken and duck), grass-fed beef (Red Devon), and grass-fed lamb (Cascade Landrace Breed).
