DESCRIPTION: Redhead Hot Sauce began with a rooftop garden in Brooklyn, too many chile peppers ripening at the same time, cooking at home, and gifting hot sauce to friends. Redhead Hot Sauce grew from a sincere expression of creativity and the pure enjoyment of meeting others in the food community. The business was started by owner Cindy List, a hair stylist turned food entrepreneur, with the main objectives being flavor, versatility and beauty. These sauces are uniquely textured, spoon-able and sold in jars. Redhead Bloody Mary Mix can also be served as a hot soup, bisque or gazpacho. We proudly make our product at the co-packer space at Beth’s Farm Kitchen in Old Chatham, NY.
