Hand-crafted hard ciders from Greenpoint Cidery (Hudson, NY) featured by Blue Hill Restaurant, NYC.

  • Traditional hard cider - Farmhouse-style cider made from three New York apple varieties. Dry and unfiltered with frizzante bubbles by secondary fermentation in the bottle. Clean drinking with balanced acidity - a great introduction to natural, wine-like cider. Fermented dry in two batches, native ferment and white wine yeast, blended and bottle conditioned. Aged one year. No sulfites. 750 ml. bottle, 7% ($14)

  • Days of Heaven – Unique, dry, still cider infused with wild dandelion heads foraged near the cidery. Steeped for 2 months, Native ferment, no sulfites. 375 ml. bottle, 7% ($17)

  • Simon hard cider – Pét Nat-style cider with native fermentation, bottle-aged one year. Punchy, with notes of bitter wild greens and preserved lemons. 750 ml. bottle, 7% ($23).

    Pick up your Thanksgiving CSA order at FSM on Tuesday, November 25th from 3pm-6pm. Order must be placed by Friday, November 21st at 6pm.
