DESCRIPTION: Knoll Krest Farm is a chicken farm in Hyde Park, NY in the Hudson Valley. We sell farm fresh eggs, as well as homemade pastas, soups, breads, quiches and more made with our eggs at our certified kitchen. The eggs come from free running hens that are fed natural ingredients without antibiotics or hormones, plus they have great taste. Knoll Crest Farm provides eggs to the FSM indoor market, outdoor market and CSA. Elizabeth Ryan, owner of Knoll Krest Farm, is a renowned fruit grower and cider maker and has studied cider making in Somerset and Hereford in England. She has a degree in Pomology from Cornell University and is one of the founding GrowNYC Greenmarket farmers. She also owns and operates Stone Ridge Orchard, Breezy Hill Orchard and Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider.
