Auzerais previously served as pastry sous-chef at Bouchon Bakery, Executive pastry chef at Pies -N- Thighs and Alain Ducasse’s Benoit Bistro before founding Blondery. She has staged at Michelin star restaurants such as Per Se, French Laundry, and Daniel.
